1st XV RUGBY REPORT
After a successful season in the Christmas term, the Easter term was a failure. Due to the bad weather most of the games were cancelled, and of the three games we played we lost all three, v. Trinity College 3rd XV at Glenalmond 12-6, v. Hutchison's Grammar 2nd XV at Home 11 -8, v. Old Boys at Home 19-13.

The most enjoyable of the three games was against the Old Boys. They were quite a formidable team, and good rugby was played on both sides, with an occasional breather when an Old Boy collapsed with cramp. D. Robertson retired injured, and was replaced by A. Quinn. K.  Douglas,   D.  Maclnnes (2), A. Quinn, and A. Smith scored tries. M. Owens converted 2 of them.
The Old Boys team was: R. Anderson, K. Boyne, T. Campbell, A. Coid, K. Douglas, A. Greig, A. Grigor, A. Kay, D. Maclnnes, D. Owens, M. Owens, A. Quinn, D. Robertson, J. Ross, G. Slater, A. Smith.
